The hotel offered modern and clean rooms, although a bit expensive for the size, with a single bed and a combined toilet and shower separated by a glass screen. The service was exceptional, especially from Isaac, and they were very helpful with our mini fridge issue. The location was convenient, close to the train station and the Metro Line 2. The dining options were good, despite being self-service, although more variety could enhance the experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were decorated in a stylish Swiss theme and were incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with extremely professional and helpful staff. The location was super convenient, especially for accessing the city center and local transport.
